Who is the Recruitment Specialist at

Reporting to the People -Head, A recruitment specialist is responsible for sourcing, attracting, screening, and onboarding top talents into, while also promoting brand.

You’ll be in charge of:

  • Coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs in different areas and departments and update a Hiring Plan to ensure its implementation as per the timelines.
  • Project managing the hiring plan - Building and maintaining a database of online channels, professional networks, and other sources to recruit efficiently and measure success.
  • Becoming a champion of the recruitment process, mastering our internal ATS (BambooHR).
  • Onboarding and managing candidates experience to provide the best experience possible.
  • Field recruitment - Supporting field recruitment with Technical Operations and Sales/commercial team by building best practices for field recruitments, running examples and be able to go to the field to support whenever necessary.


More about YOU

  • You are a bachelor / Master of Business Administration with a specialization in HR or a relevant degree.
  • You have 2-3 years of experience in the field of Talent acquisition, and experience in the manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.
  • You can collaborate well with various teams.
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • You can understand the requirements easily and plan sourcing techniques.
  • Strong Multi-tasking skills and ability to fluidly manage work priorities in a fast-paced business environment
  • You are well versed with Microsoft office – Word and Excel.

Location, travel and start date:

  • This role will be based in our Pune Head office
  • You are required to travel 10-15% of your time to visit field teams
