With a team of about 500 people worldwide, we have reached tens of thousands of farms in 30 countries with clean energy & fertilizer, and we are growing fast.  We are on a mission to reduce 1% of global GHG emissions and transform food systems!

Who is the Carbon and Impact Associate at

The purpose of this role is to collaborate closely with the Carbon and Impact Lead to grow and structure the company's climate change and impact portfolio, which includes its carbon credit and impact-based financing projects around SDGs 3, 5 7, 13, among others.

You’ll be in charge of:

  • Data: Track progress on existing projects and generating reports for clients, funders, and carbon certifiers
  • Project Development: Work with C&I Lead on developing new proposals to scale's carbon and impact projects into new expansion markets
  • Internal communication: Develop training materials for onboarding staff on Climate Change and impact at, including introductory presentations, manuals, and guides
  • Impact: Work on impact reporting for other projects, aside from those in the carbon reductions portfolio, such as grants, investors, and special pilots

More about YOU

  • You have at least 2-3+ years of impact measurement, project management, or management consulting experience
  • You have a Bachelors or Master's in Economics, Data Science, Business Administration, Sustainability, Public Policy, Environmental engineering
  • You have prior knowledge of carbon markets, standards and methodologies
  • You are fluent in English, Spanish is desired but not necessary
  • You have strong professional verbal, written, visual communication and presentation skills
  • You have experience analyzing qualitative and quantitative data, proficient in the use of Excel is required
  • You show the ability to contribute to a strong team culture and build and maintain strong working relationships with a variety of stakeholders, as well as big passion to empower smallholder farmers through climate smart technology
